Oceanography

Oceanography is the study of the Earth's oceans and seas, including their physical, chemical, biological, and geological characteristics. Oceanographers investigate ocean currents, marine life, seafloor geology, ocean circulation, marine ecosystems, and the role of oceans in climate regulation and global carbon cycling.
